Typical School Agenda
The description below is a typical 3 day agenda for the basic and intermediate schools. The advanced school agenda is determined based on the needs of the advanced students.
The agenda for the school is in each student's packet that they receive on check-in.
Friday
9:00am - Noon Arrive, register, check-in for lodging, check of fly fishing equipment and/or assignment of loaner equipment as needed.
Also, during this time we have tables set up to start learning knots.

Noon - 1:00pm
Lunch is served at the Ranch.
1:00pm - 2:00pm

Instructor Jim Gibbs works with his students at the ponds to demonstrate pick-up and roll casts
4:00 - 5:00 pm
The students get a chance to take a break and sit down for a discussion of tackle types, casting principles, vest gadgets. This is an informative and entertaining segment.

Lead Instructor Dave Leonhard goes over casting principles again to help students who have had some opportunity to cast for the last 2 hours.
He will also discuss the types of tackle and why.
